I’ve been scouring Goodwill and some of my favorite consignment shops to pick up some “extra’s” to decorate with this fall.
Goodwill Treasures
Here are a few of the treasures I’ve picked up at Goodwill in the last two weeks. I scored all of this for under $9!
A little makeover
I began working my magic with some paint….
The perfect pumpkin stand
Here is my revamped pedestal with a $2.00 ceramic pumpkin from Goodwill!
Goodwill goes a long way!
Here is a view of the shelf. I got the red canister at the Red Collection consignment shop for $9.95 and pulled out some red and yellow Southern Living Gail Pittman pottery.
fall shelf makeover
I fluffed the other shelf on the other side of the fireplace as well. Using things I had I replaced much of the summer beach motiff with pumpkins and harvest decor I had.
I’m still busy perking up other areas and the outside as well….so stay tuned!
Happy Fall Decorating!

Hi Mary Jean! What a great job you did with everything…and how neat you had some red and yellow things to tie it all in. I love those colors together. It makes me want to go home and pull out my red and yellow books on my shelf…put them together with some red and yellow and rust fall items. What a great idea for your shelves. I need to go do that. Don’t you just love finding things at the thrift store you know you will get to redo? I love it! Great post. And great blog too!
Blessings,
Debbie

Love all your fall touches and especially your SLAH!! I got nervous when I first saw the pedestal – I thought you were repainting the barley twist one!
