Mr. and Mrs. Fuggles
I’m still on my quest to find more time in my life to Be Still. {You can read about it on my first post I wrote about my struggle to balance my online time with life} I appreciate each and every one of you that has linked up or given a comment here on my Linky Day. I’ve enjoyed making new friends!
My 11 month old Shih Poo’s Mr. Fuggles {Asher} and Mrs. Fuggles {Lanie} sure know how to Be Still! It is really not very relevant to today’s post, but hey, everyone enjoys a cute puppy picture right?
Last week I was inspired by a new to me blog that linked up. A Daily Adventure from the Lord had the most wonderful post on Priorities.
Read a few of her beautiful words…..and then finish up on her blog and be blessed and inspired for the day!
“As I take you to Mary and Martha’s home, I want you to tuck these questions into your heart for a few minutes. That’s right, I said tuck them into your heart. Today, you and I need to be concerned about something reaching us to the core…as busy women we do not need more head knowledge crowding our brains. We need the Heavenly Father to touch our soul.
I did just invite you into another woman’s home. But, don’t worry…she’s too consumed with herself, she will not even notice us.
The story picks up in the tenth chapter of the Gospel of Luke (the BIBLE). ”

Your weekly challenge is to focus on your families! Give them your time and attention!
Blessings and Linky Love!

I am digging deep into the story of Mary and Martha too. What wisdom. Thanks for doing this every week!
I’m focusing on minding my ’sheep’ – it takes being STILL.
Couldn’t get my picture to link-up – used my blog button … hope that’s ok.
Thanks for the reminder – I needed this today.
Hi Mary Jean, still loving your blog but somehow never find a moment to BE STILL these days while in the throes of packing to move with kids underfoot on summer vacation! Congrats on your feature at RE! Sounds like you had a wonderful vacation with your fam – I’ve always wanted to visit there. I have to try roasting chicken on our upcoming vaca – I don’t want to spend all my time in the kitchen! But first I need to get a cute dress to cook in as directed by you!
