This is a special edition of Be Still Mondays live from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. OBX is one of my favorite places I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here since hight school back in the 80’s. Now my kids are enjoying it too!

Am I being still? I sure am! Yes, I’m online right now. But, I enjoyed sleeping in, coffee on the deck and a few hours on the beach….as you can see. I’m currently poolside relaxing with a great breeze, a comfy chair and my beloved MacBook. My kids are happily playing in the pool. Be Still Bliss!

Oh and look what else I got my hands on! Meet my new 12 week old nephew! We bonded on the beach today. I took him for a little stroll in my arms along the shore line. Secretly wondering if any one I walked by was cursing me under their breath for my flat stomach after thinking he was mine!
